Setting Up Your Meal Account
WG Grinders is partnering with MySchoolAccount.com for the managing of their lunch service software and payments. MySchoolAccount.com offers:
- The ability to make deposits directly into your student’s account online or via their Mobile App
- Track what your children have been eating for the past 30 days
- Email reminders sent to you when an account balance gets low.
- Transfer funds between students

Yes. Your children may qualify for free or reduced-price lunch.
WG Grinders Cafeteria Operations offers restaurant quality food in a cafeteria setting. The menu will rotate 25-30 different entrees throughout the year. Each meal will include an entrée and two sides. In addition, there will be a la carte items including Grinder sandwiches, wraps, salads, yogurt and pudding parfaits, fresh fruit salad, Sun Chips, Baked Lays, and freshly baked cookies.
$4.50-$5.00 / plate lunch
No. To add money to your child’s account, you may have them bring a check payable to WG Grinders and the Cafeteria Manager will upload the amount in the child’s account. Parents may also use a credit card and directly add funds to their child’s account through the online system. Please allow 24-48 business hours for funds to be available after they are loaded to your child’s account.
Yes. Parents, please go to myschoolaccount.com to set up your student’s account. You will need to create an account (using your student’s school ID provided by the school)(your student’s id # with CCA listed before it) and then you can access your student’s information.
Parents can also access transaction history for the past 30 days when using the online account. This information can be accessed through the mobile MSA app, which can be downloaded through the Apple App store or through the Google Play Store on an android phone.
There are a few options. Parents can go to myschoolaccount.com to load money via credit card on their child’s account, or a check made out to WG Grinders and left in the office or taken to a cashier.
Yes. A portion of all sales goes to Cincinnati Classical Academy, so every time your student eats in the cafeteria, you are supporting Cincinnati Classical Academy.
