  • Master of Education, School Counseling, Liberty University
  • Bachelor of Science, Early Childhood Education, University of Cincinnati

Ms. Carley Hilsher, originally from Northern Kentucky, has always had a passion for working with students in a school setting. She began her career teaching preschool for two years in Downtown Cincinnati, where she supported students in reading and math through Title One programs. Her experience further expanded as she served as an Early Learning Specialist at a children’s museum in Lynchburg, Virginia.

Inspired by her teaching experiences, Ms. Hilsher decided to further her education to become a school counselor. She is deeply committed to removing barriers to student learning and helping them develop confidence and security in their identities. Her primary goal is to provide personalized support and advocacy for students, ensuring they feel empowered and supported both academically and emotionally.

Ms. Hilsher is thrilled to join the staff, students, and parents at Cincinnati Classical to develop a comprehensive school counseling program. In her free time, she enjoys spending time in nature, reading, and playing volleyball, all of which reflect her dynamic and well-rounded approach to life and education.
