Athletics Eligibility Policy Changes

Cincinnati Classical Academy believes that student involvement in extra curriculars is a core part of their experience at this school. We want to help foster a love for athletics, academics, the arts and everything else that helps to form the well-rounded citizens we endeavor to develop at CLASSICAL. As part of that idea, we have decided to make a change to the athletic eligibility rules governing grades 6 and below.

Effective immediately, the CLASSICAL athletic eligibility policy will ONLY APPLY TO STUDENTS IN GRADES 7 AND ABOVE. Any students in grades 3rd-6th who were deemed ineligible in Q4 of the 2025-2026 school year for Q1 of the 2026-2027 school year now will be eligible.

We firmly believe this is the best practice for our school, as we do not want to deter families with young students from being involved in the CLASSICAL community.
