On this last day of school before Halloween, we are inviting all students to come dressed as one of their favorite historical characters. Students may come dressed as a particular person (e.g., Albert Einstein, George Washington, Harriet Tubman, Queen Elizabeth II, etc.) or a character representing a particular time period (e.g., a Roman centurion, a civil war soldier, a WWII Red Cross nurse, etc.). Some teachers may have suggestions for their students, based on what their grade level is studying in history this year. Please look out for mention of this in the weekly newsletter from your child’s homeroom teacher. Students may not wear masks on their faces or bear arms and/or ammunition.
