CLASSICAL Homecoming Bonfire Night

Dear Sentinel Families,

I am excited to announce a new addition to our Homecoming Weekend festivities this year! On Saturday, October 24, the Athletic Department will host our inaugural CLASSICAL Bonfire Night on the Lower Elysian Field at the Siebenthaler campus.

This exciting community event will be a wonderful opportunity for students, families, faculty, staff, and friends of CLASSICAL to come together and celebrate Homecoming Weekend. The weekend’s festivities will include:

  • Friday: Homecoming Dance
  • Saturday: Bonfire Night
  • Sunday: The Classical Cup
Bonfire Night Schedule
5:00 PM – Field games and concessions open
5:30 PM – Closest-to-the-Pin Competition
6:00 PM – Flag Football Game
7:00 PM – Bonfire Lighting Ceremony
9:00 PM – Event concludes

Throughout the evening, families can enjoy a variety of lawn and field games, including cornhole, lawn bowling, bocce ball, can jam, and several fall sports-themed activities.

Concessions will feature hot dogs, s’mores, apple cider slushies, hot chocolate, and other snacks and beverages. Families are also welcome to bring coolers with additional food and drinks to enjoy during the event.

We will also hold a Split-the-Pot fundraiser, with members of our fall athletic teams collecting entries throughout the evening. All proceeds will directly support the Athletic Department and our student-athletes.

Volunteer Opportunities
To make this event a success, we are seeking volunteers to assist with setup, concessions, cleanup, and donated supplies. If you are interested in helping, please visit the SignUpGenius link below:

We hope you will join us for an enjoyable evening outdoors as we celebrate our school community and Homecoming Weekend together. We look forward to seeing everyone there!

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Go Sentinels!
