Mr. Robison began his professional career as an international accountant, working with several multinational corporations. After nine years in the accounting field, he transitioned into education, accepting a teaching position at Kings High School. Following six years in the classroom, he moved into administration, serving as the Assistant Director of Secondary Education at the Warren County Career Center for four years.
He then joined Springboro City Schools, first as Operations Director and later as Assistant Superintendent of Operations. After three years, Mr. Robison continued his career at the Greene County Career Center as Director of Secondary Education.
For the past three years, Mr. Robison pursued a Ph.D. in Business Leadership Studies. His dissertation, titled “It’s Not What You Know, It’s Who You Know” – A Quantitative Study Exploring the Impact of Nepotism and Cronyism on Organizational Effectiveness, reflects his research interest in organizational dynamics.
Mr. Robison will be serving Cincinnati Classical as Director of Safety & Security. He is a graduate of the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy and is an ALICE-certified instructor. He has also completed the ASSET training course through the Ohio School Safety Center. His responsibility is to ensure the safety, security, and well-being of an organization’s personnel, property, and operations.
