Mr. Christopher Yeager

Fifth Grade Teacher

  • Bachelor of Arts (History – St. Edward’s University)
  • Master of Divinity (Theology – University of St. Thomas)
Originally from Akron, Ohio, Mr. Yeager is glad to return to the Buckeye state after living in Texas for the past 16 years. Most recently, Mr. Yeager taught theology at St. Michael’s Catholic Academy in Austin. He first taught 5th grade in the Classical model at St. Theresa Catholic School in Sugar Land, Texas. It was there that he first became acquainted with the classical model. Mr. Yeager appreciates how the classical model of education considers the complete formation, human and intellectual, of the student. This principle of education aligns with his personal convictions about education. His current academic interests include the works of Shakespeare and Sigrid Undset. Outside of school, Mr. Yeager enjoys cooking, fly fishing, hunting, and camping.
