Mr. Chandler Downing

Mr. Downing has been in the classical education world almost his entire life, first as a student, and now as a teacher. Mr. Downing graduated from Hillsdale College in 2021 with a major in Theology and a minor in Chemistry, and from there he went to work on his M.Div. with an emphasis in Church History and Biblical Languages at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY, graduating in May 2025. While in Louisville, he taught at Highlands Latin School where he taught a variety subjects, including Trigonometry, Chemistry, and Greek, and grew to love the art of teaching. He has been married to his wife Hannah for four wonderful years, and they have a daughter, with another child on the way in February.
