Mr. Ackerman will be joining the Cincinnati Classical Academy upper school teaching Algebra and Geometry in the fall of 2025 after 34 years of teaching at Milford High School. Mr. Ackerman will also be leading the CLASSICAL cross country program after 30 years of coaching at Milford. He brings an enthusiasm for motivating all students to achieve their best in all aspects of their lives, including academic, athletic, and day-to-day immersion in the school culture.  In his free time, Mr. Ackerman enjoys hiking, lifting weights, and gardening and landscaping his yard. He has 2 daughters, Katie and Claire, and a wonderful wife, Heather, who is also involved in education. Mr. Ackerman has high expectations for himself and for his students, so Cincinnati Classical Academy should prove to be a wonderful fit.
